Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking an on-site Installation Specialist to install signage and large format graphics across multiple substrates. You will interact with customers, ensuring quality, accuracy, and professional presentation while supporting sales through a practical, “Everybody Sells” mindset.

Responsibilities include scheduling installations, collaborating with the sales team for labor estimates, and maintaining safety and tool protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of vinyl and power tool experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of power equipment and methods.

• Maintain an accurate written schedule reflecting installation commitments and deadlines.

• Assist with general sign production duties as needed.
• Report inventory levels and stock to management or production.
• Unload and store raw materials; keep storage areas organized.

This position must proofread signs and conduct quality assurance to ensure accurate fulfillment of projects.

Position Description

Under general direction, this position is responsible for performing on-site installation of signage and large format graphics. This includes a variety of flat panel substrates, post & panel projects and application of pressure sensitive vinyls according to written instructions. This position must proofread signs and conduct quality assurance to ensure accurate fulfillment of projects.

There is a significant degree of customer interaction in this position. Professional demeanor and appearance are required, along with a customer service focus. Participate in and practice FASTSIGNS sales mentality of “Everybody Sells”. Installation is the final step in our sales process. Our customers’ interaction with the Installation Specialist is the culmination of their experience with us. The outcome of this experience will absolutely affect their loyalty and overall level of satisfaction. We therefore view this position as a vital link in customer service and sales growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Follow instructions to accurately install a variety of flat panel signage, post and panel and full color graphic images in various circumstances. Interior and Exterior
• Maintain an accurate, written schedule reflecting all installation commitments. Set and achieve project deadlines.
• Consult with sales staff to provide accurate estimates of labor time and to set realistic deadlines
• Maintain strong lines of communication with sales staff and promptly answer messages/questions. Accurately relay project details to sales staff and customers
• Adhere to industry standard safety practices. Operate all tools and equipment according to specified safety requirements
• Perform advance site visits, obtaining and relaying necessary information for accurate quoting and production of product
• Assist with general sign production duties as needed.
• Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchise partner
• Help unload and store raw materials; clean and maintain storage areas.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
• Present and maintain a good driving record. Safely operate all vehicles and promptly report any incidents/infractions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of vinyl and power tool experience required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory
• Bucket truck experience a bonus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.
• General familiarity with safe operation of power equipment and general construction tools/methods
• Safely climb ladders/scaffolding as needed

Compensation: $15.00 - $100.00 per hour
