This is a full-time salaried position for a Commercial Siding Operations Manager in a growing construction firm in Bucks County. The role focuses on siding installations and projects, reporting to the VP of operations, and involves overseeing multiple concurrent projects across large-scale residential (multi-family and entire community build/replacement) and commercial projects. Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of commercial siding operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing the planning and execution of metal/aluminum, stucco, fiber cement, and vinyl siding projects, including coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensuring all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Providing leadership and direction to the siding team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Preparing and presenting operational reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into operations as appropriate.
