G&E Partners seeks an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead sheet metal and ductwork operations on large-scale commercial HVAC projects across Central Florida. Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC / sheet metal experience, including 3+ years in Foreman or Superintendent-level role.
• Reading blueprints, shop drawings, specs and project schedules.
• Experience managing manpower, materials, equipment, sequencing and field operations.

Responsibilities

G&E Partners is partnered with a leading self-performing specialty subcontractor that is actively expanding its project teams across Central Florida due to a strong pipeline of large-scale commercial work.

They are looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead sheet metal and ductwork operations across major commercial HVAC projects, managing field crews, manpower, materials, scheduling, and coordination with project teams and other trades.

Requirements:

A driven Commercial Sheet Metal Superintendent with the following background:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC / sheet metal experience, including 3+ years in a Foreman or Superintendent-level role.


• Local to Central Florida, or open to relocating.


• Proven experience leading sheet metal and ductwork crews across large-scale commercial construction projects.


• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, ductwork installation, and commercial HVAC systems.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.


• Experience managing manpower, materials, equipment, work sequencing, and daily field operations.


• Strong ability to coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.


• Experience on multi-million-dollar commercial projects, ideally across healthcare, high-rise, data center, industrial, or similar environments.


• Strong understanding of construction safety procedures, OSHA compliance, quality standards, and productivity requirements.


• Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred.
