RANDALL is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Ductwork Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial HVAC projects in Orlando and Central Florida. You will supervise ductwork installations, manage crews, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of ductwork experience, 3+ years in supervision, and proficiency with blueprints and construction schedules.
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $120,000

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Ductwork Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial HVAC projects. This role is responsible for overseeing ductwork installation, managing crews, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong knowledge of sheet metal systems, proven supervisory experience, and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
