Job summary

G&E Partners is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent with strong mechanical experience to oversee plumbing installations, multiple crews, and coordination with other trades on major commercial projects in Central Florida. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of plumbing field work, with 4+ years at Foreman level, and a proven track record of leading crews on large-scale projects.

Local to Central Florida or willing to relocate is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' plumbing field experience, including 4+ years at Foreman level or above.
• Local to Central Florida, or open to relocating.
• Strong experience leading plumbing crews across large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience with hydronic piping, cooling and heating systems, and equipment connections.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, plumbing codes, schedules, and submittals.
• Experience coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, work sequencing, and deliveries.
• Strong understanding of construction safety procedures, OSHA 30, quality standards, and productivity requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Foremen, project teams, subcontractors, and other trades.
• US Citizenship required per contract specifications.

They are looking to bring on a Plumbing Superintendent with strong mechanical experience to oversee plumbing installations, multiple crews, and coordination with other trades across major commercial projects.

A driven Plumbing Superintendent with the following background:
