Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent.
• Two years of progressive experience in small business and commercial banking.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Services and relationship management.
• Be a self-starter with minimal management oversight.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Client Service and Sales: consult with clients and prospects to determine commercial service needs and propose tailored solutions; develop sales presentations and proposals; attend joint sales calls with relationship managers; identify cross-sell opportunities; meet production goals.
