Bryan Electric is seeking a Full-Time Service Technician Electrician to join our Service/Rollout team.

The Service/Small Project Commercial Electrician will be responsible for servicing and installing electrical systems and equipment.

This role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining systems in customer facilities during normal hours, with on-call rotation 24x7, and performing small project electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally, both written and verbally, and complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Respond professionally to customer electrical needs.
• Understand and implement OSHA requirements and company safety policies.
• Update work orders and documentation via mobile tablet using service management software.
• Provide reports such as time sheets, evaluations, and inspections clearly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and determine repair actions.
• Install systems per NEC standards and applicable regulations.
• Communicate issues effectively to customers and management.
• Requisition necessary materials, tools, and manpower for work orders.
• Manage resources to control budgets effectively.
• Care for assigned service vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Manage, train, and develop assigned manpower.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of commercial and industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with test equipment.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Ability to operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle (license required).
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Proficient computer and keyboard skills.
• Organized management of customer and company information.
• High productivity, meeting deadlines with accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability for 24-hour call on a rotating basis.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
