Bryan Electric is seeking a Full-Time Service Technician Electrician to join our Service/Rollout team.

The Service/Small Project Commercial Electrician will be responsible for servicing and installing electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, maintaining systems, performing small project electrical installations, and being on a rotating on-call schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally, both written and verbally, and complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Respond to customer electrical needs professionally.
• Follow OSHA requirements and company safety policies.
• Update work orders and documentation via mobile tablet using service management software.
• Provide reports such as time sheets, evaluations, and inspections.
• Troubleshoot systems and determine repair actions.
• Install systems according to NEC standards and specifications.
• Communicate issues to customers and management.
• Requisition materials, tools, and manpower to complete work orders.
• Manage resources to control budgets effectively.
• Maintain and care for service vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Manage and develop assigned manpower.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of commercial and industrial electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with test equipment.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Valid license to operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Computer and keyboard skills.
• Organized management of customer and company information.
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability for 24-hour on-call rotation.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
