Job summary

K&D Factory Service, a division of Unlimited Service Group, seeks skilled Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Service Technicians to service Pennsylvania in the Williamsport area and surrounding locations.

We value 2+ years of industry experience, a customer-first mindset, and CFESA or manufacturer training; on-call with overtime pay is included, along with full benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Able to complete background check and drug screen.
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service calls, diagnose, repair commercial equipment.
• Document service activities on tablet after each call.
• Provide excellent customer service and support internal teams.
• Work on-call schedule with overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.

Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Service Technician (Dual Tech)

Multiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-Time

Experienced Technicians Wanted (2+ Years)

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems with commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R or in a related industry
• Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
