K&D Factory Service in Pennsylvania is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Service Technician (Dual Tech) to join our team. You’ll diagnose and repair commercial equipment on dispatched service calls, report activities on our tablet, and deliver excellent customer experiences while collaborating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of industry experience, strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical or mechanical systems, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass background/drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems with commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members.
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay).
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines.

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems with commercial equipment

What You Need to Apply:

• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
