Bachman's Roofing in Wernersville is seeking a motivated Warranty Repair Technician to join our Operations team. This role focuses on on-site repairs, coordinating with customers and team members to deliver timely, quality service.

The ideal candidate brings roofing experience, reliability, and strong communication skills. Expect an active on-call rotation and the ability to lift heavy loads as part of daily duties. Competitive hourly compensation and full-time hours are offered.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to work

• Ability to be work safely in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
• Great communication skills with both customers & co-workers
• Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently
• Be able to work early mornings and late evenings as needed
• Be available for after-hours emergency on-call rotation
• Must have commercial roofing experience
