Semper Fi Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Warranty Repair Technician to join our Operations team in Mukwonago, WI. The role includes performing roofing repairs, inspecting systems, and completing service calls with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll communicate findings to homeowners, keep detailed records, and coordinate scheduling and travel to meet customer needs. A valid driver’s license and residential roofing experience are required, with tools provided as

• Residential roofing experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than 75 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Department: Operations

Location: Mukwonago

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 / hour

What You'll Do

• Perform roofing repairs and warranty service calls to address leaks, workmanship concerns, and other roofing-related issues.
• Inspect roofing systems to identify the source of problems and determine the appropriate repair solutions.
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Semper Fi Roofing's quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain repair findings, work performed, and any recommended next steps.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and materials used.
• Manage daily appointments and travel schedules efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Identify potential issues beyond the original service request and communicate findings to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain company-provided tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Represent Semper Fi Roofing with professionalism, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.

What We're Looking For:

• Residential roofing experience is required.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Basic hand tools; all other necessary tools will be provided.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and at varying heights.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift more than 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and scheduling skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate early mornings, late evenings, and changing service schedules as needed.
• A dependable, self-motivated attitude and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Preferred Experience:

• General construction or residential repair experience.
• EPDM, TPO, or other flat roofing systems.
• Metal roofing and metal flashing repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting roof leaks and diagnosing roofing issues.
