Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to service and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and related equipment. You will troubleshoot, read diagrams and schematics, install parts, and document work orders with accuracy.

You will coordinate with manufacturers and the Technical Assistance Group for complex diagnoses. This full-time, on-site role requires a valid driver's license, on-call rotation availability, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial kitchen equipment including cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment; read diagrams and schematics.
• Install parts ordered for customers and coordinate with manufacturers for diagnostics.
• Produce accurate work orders, time reports, receipts and maintain truck stock inventory.
• Maintain a neat and safe service vehicle and follow safety procedures.
