Job summary

CGP Maintenance & Construction Services Inc. seeks a Service Plumber to install, repair and maintain plumbing systems across commercial properties. You will work with other trades to meet building codes and safety standards, ensuring quality workmanship.

Expect approx. 40 hours per week plus on-call rotations, nights and weekends as needed. Strong problem-solving and customer service are essential, with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years plumbing service/drain cleaning experience in related facilities.
• College or tech school attendance is a plus.
• Related seminars or training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components.
• Locate positions using technology and install supports and hangers.
• Assemble valves and fittings; maintain water treatment equipment.
• Test pipes and fixtures for leaks; ensure code compliance.
• On-call rotation and collaboration with project teams.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and client communication.
