Palm Construction is seeking an experienced Handyman/Plumber to service commercial clients in and around Hayward, CA. This role focuses on quality workmanship and reliable service, with a steady, no-upsell approach.

The candidate will perform commercial plumbing service and repairs, operate drain snake and sewer camera gear, and handle related tasks on commercial sites. A strong troubleshooting mindset and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the trades.
• Clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to work independently and professionally on commercial sites.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial plumbing service and repairs
• Running a 100’ drain snake
• Operating sewer cameras and hydro jetters
• Basic drywall repair and painting
• Door and lock repairs and adjustments
• Basic flooring repairs (VCT, carpet squares, etc.)
• T-bar ceiling repairs
• Minor electrical repairs (a big plus)
