Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. in California is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team on second shift, with four years of commercial plumbing experience.

A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing lines, DWV systems, grease traps, and water heaters, completing service paperwork, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience (new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service).
• Valid driver license with insurable driving record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Verbal and written English literacy for communication

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
• Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work performed after each service appointment
• Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department

We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service and be available to work second-shift hours. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites and other field operations.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday

Responsibilities
