Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience; commercial work strongly preferred.
• Journeyman or Master license (state dependent).
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Willingness to be on an on-call rotation.
• Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and pumps.

• Handle complex diagnostics independently (senior level).
• Mentor junior techs.
