Job summary

Crawford Mechanical Services, a Quantum Industrial company, is a leading mechanical and plumbing contractor with operations across multiple states. We deliver high-level service for data centers, semiconductor manufacturing, biopharma, aviation, oil & gas, and more.

We’re seeking Senior-level plumbers who can diagnose complex issues, mentor others, and contribute to growth as we expand our service capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience, commercial strongly preferred.
• Journeyman or Master license (depending on state requirements).
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, not just follow instructions.
• Comfortable working independently in the field, with solid customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Running commercial service calls and on-site diagnostics.
• Repairing and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and pumps.
• Working on complex systems in commercial/industrial environments.
• Communicating directly with customers to explain issues and solutions.
• On-call rotation participation.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Running commercial service calls—not just installs
• Diagnosing plumbing system issues (not just swapping parts)
• Repairing and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and pumps
• Working on complex systems in commercial/industrial environments
• Communicating directly with customers—explaining issues and solutions
• Handling emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
• Keeping your truck organized and your work documented

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of plumbing experience (commercial strongly preferred)
• Journeyman or Master license (depending on state requirements)
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose—not just follow instructions
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communication with customers and team
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and endure physical demands such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and at heights.
• Must wear required PPE when necessary.
