Job summary

Gallagher in Midvale, UT is seeking a Property and Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to deliver tailored insurance solutions and build strong client relationships. You’ll help manage renewals, identify coverage gaps, and collaborate with carrier partners to add value for clients.

You will mentor teammates, conduct audits for compliance, and maintain accurate client data using Gallagher systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years.
• Active Property and Casualty Producer’s License.
• Proficiency with insurance document management software (EPIC) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong technical insurance experience with middle-market solutions and maintaining clients and carrier relationships.
• CISR, CIC, CPCU designations (preferred).
• Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
