Job summary

IT Landes Company, LLC, an ESOP-owned subsidiary of HB Global, seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Technician. The role offers a company truck with tools, EZ Pass, gas card, company phone/tablet, and extensive training programs.

You will troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems, advise customers on repairs, and build lasting relationships while supporting customers’ needs and expectations. The company emphasizes teamwork, growth, and client value, with paid time off, holidays, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 3 yrs. experience specific to the HVAC industry.
• Possess your own basic hand tools.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from specifications and drawings.
• Ability to work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems that are not working and replace parts that are defective.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment to verify proper current operation and to watch for potential problems on behalf of our customers.
• Act as a trusted adviser to recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades to our customers.
• Discuss pricing, value, and advantages of recommended repairs and upgrades with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
