Job summary

Kotarides Companies is seeking a Commercial Senior Maintenance Technician to maintain retail centers and office buildings. This full-time role includes growth potential, paid holidays and vacation time, plus benefits such as health, dental, life insurance and 401K participation.

Ideal candidates will have HVAC Certification Type II or Universal, at least 3 years in commercial maintenance, and a valid driver's license. After-hours on-call and weather-related readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial maintenance.
• HVAC Certification Type II or Universal is required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment and grounds.
• Assist in monitoring building system operations and performance.
• Utilize multiple trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC).
• Ensure timely completion of commercial service requests.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, service requests and expenditures.
• Comply with EPA and OSHA regulations regarding storage and handling of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on special projects and tenant build outs.
• Be available for after-hours on-call and weather-related emergencies.

Kotarides Companies is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Commercial Senior Maintenance Technician for our rapidly growing company. The Commercial Senior Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining retail shopping centers and office buildings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds.
• Assists in monitoring building system operations and performance.
• Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
• Ensures timely completion of commercial service requests.
• Maintains accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, expenditures, work-in progress, etc.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations including governing storage and management of hazardous materials.
• Work with commercial team to complete special projects and tenant build outs.
• After-hours on call required.
• Be available to report to work during any inclement weather event for property clean up and emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-year experience in commercial maintenance
• HVAC Certification- Type II or Universal
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.

Pay:

• $44.00 per hour
