Flores Technical Services is seeking an Installation Technician in Dallas, TX to install, program, and train customers on Access Control, IP CCTV, intrusion, and fire alarm systems in commercial settings.

The role will cover the DFW area with minimal overnight travel, requiring strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality installation standards. Excellent customer service and the ability to work independently are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience installing security systems in a commercial setting.
• Proficient computer skills for communication, project planning and system programming.
• U.S. citizenship to meet government contract requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install project devices and cabling.
• Provide testing and programming for equipment and systems installed.
• Train end users on systems.
• Maintain high installation standards and safety.
• Provide daily updates to supervisor for scheduling.
• Coordinate daily goals with Project Coordinator.
• Identify and arrange specialty tools or equipment for projects.
• Adhere to project timelines and hours.
• Ensure site is cleaned and secured daily.
• Return RMA equipment with proper info.
