What You’ll Do

• Present new vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion to promote a prompt sale.
• Maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws that govern retail auto sales.
• Maintain Ford certification as a Commercial Sales Specialist, take all required courses, and be proactive in your own training.
