We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional to spearhead our growth in the commercial roofing sector. In this position, you’ll manage the entire sales journey—identifying prospects, building relationships, and finalizing agreements for service contracts and project authorizations. Your efforts will directly expand our customer base and revenue.

Core Functions

• Identify Opportunities: Use research, outreach, and networking to connect with decision-makers in the commercial market.
• Understand Client Goals: Meet with potential customers to discuss challenges, priorities, and budgets, then recommend tailored roofing service solutions.
• Deliver Proposals: Craft persuasive presentations and written proposals designed around each client’s needs.
• Track Progress: Maintain an active, up-to-date pipeline in the CRM, documenting communications and action steps.
• Negotiate & Secure Agreements: Structure pricing, address concerns, and reach win-win terms for both service contracts and project work.
• Facilitate Handoffs: Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure projects transition smoothly from sale to execution.
