Staffing by Starboard is seeking a driven and outgoingSales Representativeto help grow our client base across the Kansas City area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business through proactive outreach efforts including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and attending networking events. You will serve as the point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our staffing services, gathering key information about their hiring needs, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a designated sales territory to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
