What You Will Do

As the Regional Commercial Sales Manager in our Ducted Systems (DS) business, you will sell HVAC commercial equipment (packaged rooftop units, water-source heat pumps, dedicated outside air systems, etc.) through our independent sales channels to meet their commercial HVAC project needs.

How You Will Do It
  • Manage and grow an annual sales plan for your region
  • Forecast sales using opportunity pipeline management
  • Understand your channel partners’ business models and be involved in key projects
  • Assess current relationships, identify whitespace opportunities, and analyze the market and competition
  • Develop strategies (pricing, marketing, business development) with sales leadership
  • Segment markets, identify key customers, and set goals and account plans
  • Drive product launches and serve as Subject Matter Expert on DS equipment (training, trade shows, marketing events)
  • Implement programs and tools to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Use CRM tools and dashboards to engage with channel partners effectively
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in plan/spec project sales within HVAC
  • Strong consultative selling skills and relationship-building ability
  • Ability to communicate and influence technical audiences
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
