Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales support.
• Familiar with billing, inventory, and deliveries.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships.
• Generate new business via inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures incl. deposits.
• Inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures.
• Lead the commercial department in absence of the Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
