AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to play a key role in our commercial sales and service operations. You’ll drive WOW customer service, increase commercial sales, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

This role combines customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination, with opportunities to lead and grow within the department. This position emphasizes strong customer service, accurate billing, and reliable delivery processes, while promoting safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
