AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW! customer service, increase commercial sales, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. This role blends customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination with opportunities to lead and grow within the department.

You will assist commercial customers, manage orders, and help maintain accurate billing and timely deliveries while upholding safety, compliance, and quality standards. AutoZone champions growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with procedures.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and service quality.
• Generate new business via outbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory with weekly stock checks.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
