AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW customer service, grow commercial sales, and coordinate order fulfillment and delivery. The role blends customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination with opportunities for career growth within the department.

You will assist commercial customers with product selection, manage orders, and help ensure accurate billing and timely deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
