Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support its commercial sales and service operations in the United States. You’ll drive WOW customer service, coordinate orders and deliveries, and work across logistics and billing.

This role blends customer service, sales support, and operations with opportunities to grow within the department. You’ll assist commercial customers with product selection, manage orders, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining accurate billing records.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
