Job summary

Orkin Pest Control is seeking a motivated Commercial Account Manager / Sales Representative to expand our commercial customer base and deliver industry-leading pest management solutions. This role focuses on building relationships, solving problems, and driving new business in a fast-paced environment.

You will prospect, present customized proposals, and close deals, while collaborating with operations to ensure top service and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Minimum outside sales or account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility decision-makers.
• Conduct inspections and identify pest management needs.
• Prepare and present customized service proposals and pricing.
• Close new business while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing commercial customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Accurately maintain customer information and sales activity in CRM systems.
