JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems
• Safe operation of tools (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety standards; demonstrate safe work practices
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility to complete tasks
• Climb ladders and operate at heights; handle at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and team members

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Commercial Roofing (all levels; at least 1 year preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable background check according to company standards
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical assessment

The hourly rate typically ranges from $20 to $33, based on qualifications and other considerations.
