We are seeking commercial roofing lead service technicians in North Billerica, MA.

Pay starting at $28+/hr. BOE

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the crew's Foreman, Lead Service Techs are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC.

Requirements:

• Commercial roofing experience preferred, but training will be provided to suitable candidates
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly and 50+ lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Physical activities include bending, kneeling, and ladder climbing
• Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain professionalism
• Reliable transportation to job sites and warehouse
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature variations
• Physical effort involving standing, walking, climbing, and lifting
• Mostly local travel within approximately 1 hour
