Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $31.35.

Essential Functions

• Complete all maintenance requests assigned
• Maintain equipment and systems for optimal productivity
• Perform general building maintenance repairs and services
• Monitor work performed by outside contractors
• Support safety initiatives by carrying out safety work orders and identifying hazards
• Identify equipment issues and report to supervisors
• Suggest equipment or capital improvements
• Support environmental goals through preventive maintenance and inspections
• Assist in developing and executing the preventative maintenance schedule
• Maintain cleanliness of the maintenance shop and parts storage areas
• Assist with project design, quotes, contractor directions, and maintenance support
• Contribute to maintenance budget development and control spending
• Track and improve asset care and reliability metrics

Safety Responsibilities

• Obey all safety rules and regulations
• Complete required safety training
• Report unsafe conditions
• Wear required P.P.E.
• Promote safe practices and environmental commitments
