Job summary

RoofOne Detroit Market is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to lead field crews on on-site commercial roofing projects in Detroit. You will oversee production, safety, and quality, traveling to sites using a company vehicle and driving projects to completion.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentor-ship, and strong communication with customers and management to deliver reliable roofing solutions and exceptional field results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
