This field role offers uncapped commission with earnings potential from $55k to $100k, company truck and fuel, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities; weekly pay and paid time off after 90

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of commercial roofing systems.
• Develop and present customized roofing solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent customer service.
• Generate new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful roofing project execution.
• Travel locally to job sites using a company-provided vehicle.
