The ideal candidate has 2+ years in commercial roofing and 1–2 years of leadership, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily job site operations for commercial roofing projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate crews to complete roofing installations and repairs safely and on schedule.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce OSHA standards across roofing activities.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control on all roofing work.
• Facilitate communication between field teams, management, and customers.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
