Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of roofing/construction experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel locally. This is an on-site role with overtime and weekend requirements during peak season.

• Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k

As a Field Supervisor at RoofOne, you will take on a key supervisor role focused on managing daily field operations and ensuring projects are completed to company standards. This supervisor position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, motivating crews, and maintaining a strong customer service experience throughout each project. You will lead teams on residential roofing jobs while helping drive safety, efficiency, and quality on every site.

In this supervisor role, you will oversee roofing crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and monitor projects from start to completion. You will oversee field production, manage workflow priorities, and lead communication between homeowners and internal production staff. Strong customer service abilities are critical, as you will regularly interact with customers and ensure expectations are met throughout the roofing process. The ideal candidate can lead under pressure, resolve issues quickly, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will supervise site readiness, oversee safety compliance, and support crew development while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of roofing or construction industry experience and the ability to supervise and lead teams effectively. Applicants must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. This is an on-site supervisor position involving local travel to job sites, with a company vehicle provided. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though overtime is required as needed. Two Saturdays per month are required from April through October, and 10-12 hour workdays are common during peak season.
