Tiello in San Antonio, TX seeks a seasoned Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead on commercial reroofing projects. The role oversees field operations, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control, and high-quality workmanship.

You will supervise crews of 3–6, coordinate planning, manage procurement with Procure, and enforce OSHA standards while maintaining client satisfaction. Compensation is $110K-$120K plus a company vehicle, gas card, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a superintendent or field leadership role in commercial reroofs.
• Experience with federal/municipal projects preferred (schools, government buildings).
• Proficiency using Procure or similar software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews of 3–6 employees and ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Plan labor schedules and site logistics for reroof projects.
• Monitor budgets, purchase orders, overtime, and project margins.
• Oversee Procure workflow for material orders, scheduling, and reporting.
• Enforce OSHA standards and fall protection protocols.
• Provide hands-on on-site leadership and problem-solving.
• Oversee fleet and equipment, ensuring drivers maintain clean MVRs and use company vehicle/gas card.
• Collaborate with PMs, estimators, and senior leaders to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead with the company values, promoting professionalism and accountability.

This leadership role is focused exclusively on commercial reroofing projects, overseeing daily field operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate crews of 3-6 employees, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely from start to finish.

• Financial Accountability: Monitor budgets, manage purchase orders, control overtime, and help maintain healthy project margins.
• Procure Systems Oversight: Use Procure for workflow, material orders, scheduling, and reporting. Tech-savviness is a must.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce OSHA standards and safety protocols, with a strong focus on fall protection and compliance.
• Hands-On Support: Provide on-site support and leadership, troubleshooting issues to maintain momentum and quality.
• Fleet & Equipment Oversight: Ensure drivers maintain clean MVRs. Company vehicle and gas card provided for site use.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with project managers, estimators, and senior leaders to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Commercial Reroofing Experience: 5 years in a superintendent or field leadership role, strictly in commercial reroofs (no new construction).
• Federal/Municipal Projects: Experience with schools, government buildings, or public facilities preferred.
• Procure Proficiency: Required - must be experienced using Procure or similar software tools.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record managing crews, coordinating schedules, and delivering projects on time.
• Tech-Savvy: Able to use tablets and digital tools to manage scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable juggling multiple projects while maintaining accurate paperwork and logs.
• Safety-Focused: Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and fall protection standards.
