Hi-Peak Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent in Indianapolis, IN to lead Foremen and field crews on multiple active commercial roofing projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with direct coordination alongside project management.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervision experience, OSHA 30, and strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills to drive on-site performance and deliver projects to standard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading Foremen and field crews on commercial roofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing installation and field operations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and field crews.
• Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Indianapolis, IN
Full-Time | In Person | Monday–Friday
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead Foremen and field crews across multiple active commercial roofing projects in the Indianapolis market.

This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality while supporting field leadership, coordinating jobsite resources, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing supervision experience.

• Experience overseeing multiple crews or projects simultaneously.

• Specialized certifications or training in crane operation, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, or CERTA.

• Bilingual fluency is a plus.
