Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to diagnose leaks, perform repairs, and maintain roofing systems across the Western U.S. This hands-on role requires the ability to work independently and safely on commercial projects, with comfort at heights and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and locate roof leaks.
• Knowledge of common low-slope commercial roofing systems.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, lifts, and fall-protection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and identify the source of water intrusion.
• Perform commercial roof repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service calls and emergency repairs.
• Inspect existing roofing systems and document deficiencies.
• Repair flashing, penetrations, seams, drains, curbs, and other roof components.
• Perform minor re-roof and restoration work as required.
• Document completed work with photos and service reports.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and internal service teams.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles.
• Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.
• Work independently or alongside other technicians depending on project requirements.
