Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary:

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems: EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ Years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor, and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Working Conditions:

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds.
• Travel: Local, up to 1 hour away.
