Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing in Williston, VT is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician to inspect, locate, and repair leaks across EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, and metal roofs. You will manage roofing projects from start to finish and ensure craftsmanship remains at the highest level.

Work is field-based with heights, variable weather, and travel up to local areas. Requires 2+ years leading crews, a valid license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at varying heights in different weather.
• Strong communication with clients, supervisor and coworkers.
• Show initiative, integrity and adaptability; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work per job specs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Complete required paperwork, attend meetings, assist in crew training.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
