Qualifications
- Ability to learn and take direction from crew Foreman.
- Experience diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, siding, and other potential leak sources would be helpful.
- Experience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift.
- No fear of heights.
- Lift 50+ lbs.
- Sit, stand, and climb stairs.
- Customer service experience.
- On the job training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Inspect roofs for damages and leaks
- Perform roof repairs as needed
- Completing field inspections
- Develop a scope of work with a budget
- Organize a materials list
- Clean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debris
