Job summary

Clark's Quality Roofing in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Service & Sales Technician. The role combines hands-on commercial roofing work with strong customer relationship skills to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair roofs while growing long-term service opportunities.

The ideal candidate will communicate clearly with customers, identify and propose maintenance and repair options, and build lasting relationships with property managers, building owners, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience with service sales, estimating, or account management is preferred.
• Must be comfortable performing hands-on repairs and communicating repair recommendations to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and hands-on repairs.
• Identify leaks, deficiencies, damage, and potential future roofing concerns.
• Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, general contractors, and other customers.
• Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, repairs, roof restoration/coating, and additional service work.
• Develop new customer relationships while growing existing accounts.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, proposals, and repair recommendations.
• Follow up with customers regarding proposals, upcoming work, completed repairs, and future roofing needs.
