Job summary

Herzog Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Lead in Little Falls to manage and execute maintenance, repair, and service work on commercial roofing systems. You will supervise a team, coordinate with clients, and ensure safety compliance across sites.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, extensive knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing), and excellent communication skills to liaise with management and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or installation.
• Proven experience supervising or leading roofing teams in a commercial setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic digital literacy for documenting projects and communicating with management.

• Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for service calls.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
