CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Manager to drive growth for preventive maintenance service contracts and roofing repairs.

You will sell to new and existing clients, schedule appointments, and expand the book of business through proactive engagement, inspections, proposals and consultative selling. You will manage relationships with property managers and facility owners, collaborate with service crews and estimators, and travel locally (DC, MD, VA).

Competenze

• 4+ years of sales experience in Commercial Roofing or related construction services.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a client base.
• Roofing system knowledge (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and in CRM.
• Ability to travel locally (DC, MD, VA).

Mansioni

• Manage and grow an existing book of business with active service clients.
• Conduct on-site roof inspections, assessments, and generate repair/maintenance proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility owners, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams including service crews, estimators, and project managers to deliver excellent service.
• Identify new service opportunities within existing client accounts and cold call/prospect for new clients.
• Track sales activity and customer interactions in Centerpoint CRM system.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for service work.
• Stay informed on industry trends, roofing systems, and product knowledge.
• Provide excellent post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
