Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to bid commercial roofing projects in Greer, SC. This in-person role requires reviewing scope, collecting building data, and coordinating with clients and vendors to produce accurate estimates.

You will maintain the estimating system and bid calendar, ensuring timely uploads of all documents. Qualified candidates have 5+ years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating experience, OSHA 10, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with business

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating experience.
• OSHA 10-hour card.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use/learn business technology.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually

Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972. We're looking for a Senior Estimator to bid commercial roofing projects.

What You Will Do

• Review and understand the scope of work and project specifications
• Collect all data from the roof or building for accurate estimating
• consult with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Create and update projects in the estimating system and bid calendar and upload all documents

What You Bring

High School diploma or equivalent

5+ years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating or project experience

OSHA 10-hour card

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to use/learn business technology

Nice to Have

OSHA 30-hour card

Familiarity with local building codes

Experience with estimating programs
