Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to bid commercial roofing projects in Hammond, LA. This full-time, in-person role requires analyzing scope, collecting data, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to prepare accurate estimates.

You will manage project data, maintain the estimating calendar, and upload documents. A High School diploma and 5+ years of relevant estimating experience are required, along with OSHA 10 and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating or project experience.
• OSHA 10-hour card required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972. We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to bid commercial roofing projects.

What You Will Do

• Review and understand the scope of work and project specifications
• Collect all data from the roof or building for accurate estimating
• consult with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Create and update projects in the estimating system and bid calendar and upload all documents

What You Bring

High School diploma or equivalent

5+ years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating or project experience

OSHA 10-hour card

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to use/learn business technology

Nice to Have

OSHA 30-hour card

Familiarity with local building codes

Experience with estimating programs
